Arts Integration Residencies

ARTS INTEGRATION RESIDENCIES

Curriculum-based residencies bring visiting artists and performers into the classroom at no cost to the schools. Through this program, educators meet classroom objectives by integrating arts into a multitude of academic subjects.

These engaging in-school programs provide students exposure and hands-on experience in many different disciplines including music, theater, visual arts, poetry, dance, and beyond.

VTS is a school year commitment for grades 3-5. Currently, The Honeywell Foundation’s Visual Thinking Strategies program is active in more than 80 classrooms in Huntington, Howard, Kosciusko, Wabash, Whitley and Miami counties.
