What is #GivingTuesday?

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that mobilizes people all over the world to give to causes that they care about in their communities. It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: encourage people to do good.

The Importance of the Arts

Art is powerful. It brings people together, creates memories, and heals. It teaches critical thinking skills, challenges, and inspires. It’s a universal language that spans all cultures, backgrounds and circumstances. We believe in the power of art, which is why we’re dedicated to providing arts and cultural opportunities for all! And your support makes it all possible.

What Your Gift Can Do

You may have attended a show or concert at the Honeywell Center, but did you know that each year we provide nearly 50,000 arts-infused educational interactions with students? Or that we bring joy and enrichment into senior living communities through live music experiences? That’s just the start. We also…

  • Operate 6 venues: the Honeywell Center, Eagles Theatre, 13-24 Drive In, Dr. Ford Historic Home, and Honeywell House

  • Host arts and cultural events such as Artsfest, Lunch & Learns, workshops, and more

  • Bring the arts into classrooms across 12 counties

  • Support local artists

  • Collaborate with local schools, businesses, and organizations to accomplish great things in our community and region

  • And more!

Our goal this #GivingTuesday is to rally greater support for the arts by achieving100 new and increased donations!

A gift in any amount has tremendous worth, but $100 or more makes a big splash - and qualifies you for donor benefits! You can do this whichever way works best for you...

  • Recurring gifts (for example, twelve monthly payments of $12, four payments of $25, etc.)
