Cash, check, debit cards, credit cards, and gift cards are accepted in person at the Box Office. Debit and credit cards accepted by phone and online. All tickets are non-refundable.
Honeywell Foundation Gift Cards are available in a variety of amounts and are redeemable at several Honeywell Foundation properties.
Gift card balances may also be obtained by calling 260.563.1102. Please keep your card in a safe place. If it is lost or stolen, a replacement can be given with the original sales receipt. Gift cards expire after 5 years from the date of last load of funds, except where prohibited by law. This card is not redeemable for cash; any unused value will remain on the card.
Eugenia's Restaurant, located inside the Honeywell Center, offers dining prior to most Ford Theater shows. Reservations are recommended.
After dinner, be sure to visit the Midwest Eye Consultants Concession Stand for your favorite drinks and treats. Enjoy your snacks in the Wabash Electric Connection Seating Area in the Porter Lobby, or in the theater as you enjoy the show.
Free parking is available on the streets and in lots surrounding the Center.
Small, lightweight hearing assist devices are available at no charge at the Box Office.
Ushers are available at the main entrances to the building, throughout the lobby, and at all theater entrances to assist you.
Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis and are available in the coat room. Hearing assist devices are available at no charge at the Box Office.

Midwest Eye Consultants Concessions offer snacks and beverages in the main lobby prior to shows and during intermission. NEW OPTION! We invite you to enjoy your drinks and snacks inside the theater while you enjoy the show!
As a courtesy to our guests, The Honeywell Foundation has implemented security measures to help ensure public safety.
Please be advised that backpacks and large bags of any kind are not allowed in the Honeywell Center on show nights. The Honeywell Center reserves the right to inspect any bag or package being brought into the facility. We contract local law enforcement to help secure guest safety. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited. Other prohibited items include weapons such as knives and guns.
When tickets are issued, ticket stubs are required to re-enter the theater. If a guest chooses to leave the theater at any time during a performance or intermission, they must have their ticket stub or they will not be allowed to return.
