Core Competencies
The Restaurant Sales & Events Supervisor creates an outstanding restaurant experience for our guests as well as generates new and repeat dining, private dining and banquet sales by actively networking and promoting The Honeywell Foundation and its venues within the community. This position ensures guest satisfaction, oversees new client relationships and supervises the front of house restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills as well as proven success in developing, inspiring and leading a successful team through clear communication of expectations in addition to holding the team and themselves personally accountable.
