Meet the Team
Afla Irani, Food & Beverage Director
Afla Irani has more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage/hospitality industry. Prior to joining The Honeywell Foundation in 2015, Afla worked in a variety of venues, including five-star hotels, a private country club, Royal Caribbean Cruises and fine dining restaurants. Afla is passionate about his career, and takes pride in his incredible attention to detail. He enjoys the responsibility of making someone’s important day as special as possible, and always makes the experience fun and seamless.
Brittany Rager, Hospitality Sales & Event Manager
Brittany Rager brings more than eight years of event planning experience to The Honeywell Foundation’s hospitality team. She has been with the Foundation since 2014, and enjoys coordinating events and working with clients to bring their vision to life.
In her free time, Brittany enjoys camping, sports and spending time with her son, Creed, and fiancé, Mark.
David Ericsson, Honeywell House Manager & Chef
David Ericsson, a native of Danville, Indiana, graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in culinary arts. Prior to joining The Honeywell Foundation in 1999, David worked for a variety of restaurants and catering venues in Indiana and Texas, including Crystal Catering, Patrizio Restaurant, and the Woodstock Club.
When asked why what he enjoys most about working in the hospitality industry, David said, “I like that every event and day is different.”
Ashley Lowe, Hospitality Event Coordinator
Ashley Lowe graduated from Indiana University with a degree in communications, and minors in business hospitality and tourism management. She joined The Honeywell Foundation in January 2016, and is inspired by “the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry.” In her spare time, Ashley enjoys working out, practicing yoga and watching sports. She especially enjoys NFL football and is a devoted Green Bay Packers fan.
