ABOUT VIRTUAL CAMP
In place of the full-scale musical summer theatre camp that was scheduled for June, VPA Summer Theatre Camp is now VirtuACT Camp. This interactive camp will give students the chance to take a deep dive into all facets of theatre including acting, improv, monologues, stagecraft, and more.
Students will received an actor's toolkit to participate in VirtuACT Camp.
The $60 registration fee includes an actor's toolkit with everything needed to participate. A camp t-shirt is optional. Internet access and a device are required to participate in VirtuACT camp.
K-2nd grade is cancelled for this year due to the challenges with challenging younger students in a virtual environment. We will miss our younger campers but plan to provide theatre activities for them at Eagles Theatre in the fall. Dates will be determined based on COVID 19 restrictions.

Students will log in for auditions, workshops and rehearsals with directors Judy Ward and Cathy Huber culminating in One Act play performances at the end of camp.
An actor's toolkit that will include scripts, actors' worksheets, props and costume pieces will be available for pickup in the Circle Drive at the Honeywell Center on July 1 and 2 from 1-3 pm and 4-6 pm. Arrangements can be made in advance if these times do not work.
The toolkit can be shipped for a USPS flat rate of $14. Requests must be made by Fri. May 22 for shipping.
